Our Easy No Hassle Return / Refund Policy.
Our goal is that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase from Vance Leathers. We take pride in the quality of our products we sell. Providing great customer service is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we’ll be happy to help you with the return of your purchase for Refund / Exchange.
ReturnsWe accept returns of any new, unused and unaltered item bought from us for a refund within 30 days from the date of receipt. We need to get all products (and their packaging!) back in new condition. Place all merchandise in a shipping box; you may use the original shipping container. However, please DO NOT use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping container. It will arrive damaged and the package will be rejected by our returns department.
Any merchandise which has been "taken out for a ride" is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet in your boots and to try your motorcycle helmet on indoors before heading out on the bike.
All Return products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included. These will need to be shipped back to Vance Leathers Inc in the same sturdy shipping box. Do not use the manufacturer box as the shipping box. Items received that do not meet this criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Only the item price paid will be refunded. Any other charges like Shipping, Handling, Duties, and Brokerage etc. will not be refunded. **We also do not refund the return shipping charges that are charged to return the item (s) back to Vance Leathers Inc. For wire transfer payments, all refunds will be issued via store credit.
It is your responsibility for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to Vance Leathers Inc. We highly recommend you to place tracking/insurance if needed for your protection. If these conditions are not met the package will be refused and returned to the sender.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days from our receipt. If you don’t see your refund even after 14 days or have any other questions or concerns, please contact us.
Please return the item for a refund using your preferred carrier within 30 days from the date of receipt and place a new order. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to Vance Leathers Inc. We can exchange and ship another size free of shipping charge.
Damages/DefectivesIf the items received by you was damaged in transit or has any manufacturing defects upon arrival, please Contact us within three business days of receipt. Please keep all the contents and the shipping box for inspection by the carrier. Warranty Returns.

Normal wear and tear, customer negligence, acts of God like rain and flood, acts of man like terrorism, nuclear explosion etc. are not considered as manufacturing defects.

Warranty processing will take up to 8 weeks and the manufacturer may decide to exchange the item, fix the item, refund the item or reject the warranty claim altogether.
Vance Leathers Inc cannot guarantee the outcome till instructed by the manufacturer. Please give us the following information needed to process the return. You can either write this information in a paper or take the printout.

We sometimes make a mistake and send you wrong color/size. This is very rare but if this happens please send it back to us or call us for a shipping label to be issued to you. We will send you the color/size you asked for, and also will refund the shipping charges you incurred if you are using your postage. If a refund is needed we will be issuing item price refund
International buyers should always contact us before sending the wrong item back to us.
Return shipping charges will only be refunded if the customer is in accordance with the Return policy and if the return shipping receipt is included in the package at the time of delivery to Vance Leathers Inc. For US returns shipping charges of only up to $10 will be refunded and for international returns shipping charges incurred by us to ship the item to customer are non-refundable. So customer needs to send the package using a service that covers this amount.
Return Policy for damaged item receivedDamaged/defective items must be reported to us within 3 days of initial receipt of order. If you receive a damaged item, we will ship you a fresh new product upon receiving the damaged item from you. We will also be reimbursing your shipping charges for returning it. But if you want a refund instead of the item, we can do that as well. Return shipping charges will only be refunded if the customer is in accordance with the return policy and if the return shipping receipt is included in the package at the time of delivery to Vance Leathers Inc. For US returns shipping charges of only up to $10 will be refunded and for international returns shipping charges incurred by us to ship the item to customer will be refunded. So customer needs to send the package using a service that covers this amount. The same is applicable for wrong items received. You can also call us and we can issue a shipping label for you to return the damaged item.
Yes, but only if the Free Shipping method is selected (via UPS MI and/or Sure Post). Delivery to these destinations is not guaranteed, so whenever possible, please provide a physical address on all orders.
